Stretching and hypertrophy

Hey there.

Okay…after doing a forum search and not getting any real answers…I figured that maybe some people here may be able to help.

Hope I phrase this right…does post workout stretching decrease muscle hypertrophy?

For example… working on the Quads and hamstrings then front splits (and the like)?

No

I don’t think stretching at any time decreases hypertrophy… may increase it though… I heard Ron Jeremy stretches to induce hypertrophy but I don’t think that applies here…
