Strenth-Speed Program for High School Football

The Program we have been using seems ineffective. I believe i have gotten more out of my own program, but i am wondering if anyone has any programs that worked well for them as a athlete to improve strength and speed(and/or explosiveness). im in football, wrestling, and i throw shto and disc in track. if there is a good prgoram that can cross train please let me know. thank you

Just about everything can work, provided it’s not completely retarded.

Are you asking for a program you can do on top of your coach’s program? Or instead of it?

Don’t do another program on top of that.

If you are allowed to do your own thing, check out the link above, and these programs:

5/3/1, and 5/3/1 for football
texas method
Juggernaut method

Just pick any of those, they all work, and it doesn’t matter which one you do. Just pick one, follow it AS WRITTEN, and eat well/a lot.
