Check out Westside for Skinny Bastards, Part I and II, by Joe DeFranco. This should get you going in the right direction.

Good luck on your upcoming season.
give a lot more detail about what you’re looking for and where you’re at right now.
is it an offseason program you’re looking for? if so use the search to find Westside for Skinny Bastards (WS4SB) by Joe Defranco.
Search:
Bill Starr’s 5x5
im actually looking for any type of decent program.
so far im checking out:
Easy-Hard Gainers program
WS4SB I
WS4SB II
could someone post me a link to Bill Starr’s 5x5…I can’t seem to find it…
Check out Robert dos Remedios programs!
Search for the interview “a dose of remedios” here at T-Nation. Then you check out the “Football” part of his website, a link to his website is in the end of the interview.
Christian Thibaudeau has a pretty good off-season program in the his Black Book of Training Secrets also. He may have improved the way he trains athletes since then, but it is still a great program for any football player who would be considered an intermediate lifter. Just my two cents…
Could someone post me a link to Bill Starr’s 5x5? please

Thanks brother…how long should i follow that? until i stop seeing progression?
Also, are the WS4SB, Easy-Hard Gainers, and Bill Starr good for putting on good size as well as strength?

I’m not 100% sure, but you can follow the 5x5 for a few months, then transition to another program. You don’t want to be on one single program for too long.
As for size and strength, sure, you can put on both with those programs. Personally, Westside is one of the best training programs I’ve seen for athletes. Joe DeFranco trains hundreds of athletes a year, and he wouldn’t be coaching that many if his clients weren’t seeing progress, so give it a try.
Also, in the ‘Strength Sports’ forum, there is a Westside/PLing Thread with several thousand responses and people’s programs and lifts on there, so I would check that out as well.
Bigger Stronger Faster worked wonders for me when I played football. If you need help with it, message me.
