This has been posted in about 10 other threads in the last two days.
Go read some of the other threads and articles on the site! There are many references to the posterior chain.
In short, deadlift, stiff-legged deadlift, romanian deadlift, deadlift some more, glute-ham raises, reverse hypers, lunges, good mornings, pull-throughs, dumbbell or kbell swings, cleans, snatches, even squats!
Guess what? Work hard on those lifts. It’ll strengthen the posterior chain.
