These include the adductors, abductors and hips. Would it be okay to just do the exercises in the magnificent mobility dvd, or are ther better options?
also, if T-Nation has published any articles on this topic, please post them. thx!

anyone?
what is your question exactly?
whats the best way to train the stabilizing and hip muscles (adductors, abductors, hips)?
i wanted to know if i should just do the exercises in the magnificent mobility dvd.
You can squat. If you aren’t strong in this area just start light and gradually increase the weight.

Do the exercises in the Magnificent Mobility DVD. Also do squats and deadlifts, varying your foot stance in these. This will work your leg adductors and leg abductors.
deadlifts? Prolly deadlifts
Unilateral leg work such as step-ups, split squats, and single leg DLs have worked best for me.
Check into Mark Verstegen’s book “Core Performance” under the Prehab section or Stuart McGill. McGGill just performed a study showing how squats, step-ups and single-leg squats were superior for working the muscles (the small ones too, including the ever-important G-medius). Good stuff. Best of luck.
