Ive been searching for an article on here that compared strength imbalances - i thought Scott Abel wrote but i was wrong. CP did one too but not as detailed. It had the big compound lifts & stated, on avg, what your other lifts should be: ie. your DL should 179% of your bench - can anyone post up the link?
Just bench, squat and deadlift as much as possible. 300/400/500 might be a good goal to aim for depending on your strength levels. This would suggest that bench might be 60% of deadlift.
Thanks anyway, but Im not asking what to aim for, ive converted all the figures into excel & want to share it with everyone if they want it, but i want to credit the original author
This one?
Fuckin BANG. Thanks M
