I hurt my shoulder last November in a football game and thought it was just a bad stinger and couldn’t lift my arm above my head for a couple days and then when I could it was really hard. The doctor I went to said that my one of my cervical nerves got stretched and its gonna take some time for it to heal.
It really affected anything where I would have to use my glenohumeral joint, pushing and pulling and I experienced quiet a bit of atrophy on my left arm and back. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen and how long it took them to get back to 100% and what they did to for best results. I am at about 80% of what I was before the injury.
