Coach Davies, I live in the Ft.Lauderdale area or Broward County.
I interviewed a trainer today who I thought knew his stuff…until he outlined his proposed workout…all machines and he didn’t know what a kettlebell was…blasphemy!!!
Check out Mike Mejia - extremely knowledgeable guy and t-mag contributor, who is based in East Meadow, Long Island I believe.
He does some training at Bev Francis gym in Syosset also.
In South Florida- one of the best Strength coaches in Juan Carlos Santana, he is in Boca Raton, I believe.
I know this might be a stretch, but anyone know any good trainers for the olympic style lifts in South Bend, IN?
