Not to take away business from elite, but you could make something like that pretty easily. Or you could just take the sleeve off an old barbell.
$80 plus shipping may of been a little over priced.

Exactly. Find a length of the correct diameter steel/galvanized pipe and a corresponding floor flange. Screw pipe into flange. Load plates. Attach a strong, dependable collar. You’re done.

Well in fairness, it is a blatant rip off of something the Diesel Crew were doing over a year ago like you described for free. I certainly wouldn’t pay that much for one.

No way, nothing is overpriced on that site.
You can go to a sporting goods store and get a standard to oly plate adapter and you’re done. Or get a 2" pipe from Home Depot add a screwed flange, that’s it. They’ll probably thread and cut it for you.

Exactly. I got the idea for mine from the Diesel Crew’s video a couple years ago.
