I got the Manta Ray and I love it. I think it’s a great squat variation. It’s almost like a gradient inbetween a SSB squat and a high bar squat.
So I was wondering if anyone had a Sting Ray and if they liked it. I use the clean grip on front squats and if I go high volume it can beat up my wrists and elbows a little. I’ve tried the strap grip and the bb grip too and I just can’t get my upper back tight enough or the bar secure enough against me with those.
