deadlift’n- tonight was the last week of the chains cycle. we worked up to a heavy single. i left everything on the platform and am very happy with my pull. my form stayed together even though it was one hell of a grind.

Man I wish i was closer to you guys (I’m down in Richmond). Ironically, I’m from Purcellville and just moved back to VA after living in Denver for the last 5 years. I see you guys train on Saturdays. It’d be cool to swing by and check out your gym, if that’d be alright. I head up north at least once a month to see the family.

yeah…everyone was really ready to pull. ryan and bill made their pulls look like warmups. the only thing i wasn’t sure of is if i had enough air to complete the lift. i was fading fast. the peripheral vision was narrowing very quickly.
