just catchin up on the doings of jowee and meatwinkle. Looks like you guys are loving the new gym. Great weights getting moved around as always.
Be warned. If I ever get my deadlift past what you bench, I’m gonna start calling you out over the webz.
p.s. nice nosebleed; the videotape tells me Pete S’s was equally ugly though

thanks Hoss. training enviroment is priceless.
Great training guys. Looking forward to seeing the totals put up on the 12th.
Jowee, there are a bunch of ‘manhood’ stones to lift in Scotland. Maybe something you could try while you’re over there.

This reminded me of another epic gusher I had. It was the day after my last meet. My wife and I were ‘celebrating’. She was not happy about that one…

i’ve lost a lot of weight and switched to conventional so this is uncharted territory for me. it will be fun though.

just tell her it’s like having sex on your period:)
i had an epic one once too. i was riding my harley back from helping my mother move. i was on interstate 81 doing about 80mph when a bird hit me full on in the middle of my face. all i saw was a puff of feathers and then this crazy pain in my sinus cavity. my nose immidiately started gushing. it was flowing down the sides of my face. when i pulled over at a rest stop the entire back of my motorcycle was literally covered in my blood. i can only imagine what the people behind me thought when their windshields were getting speckled with red “rain”.
anyway, i pulled over at a rest stop and ran into the bathroom. i looked in the mirror and my face, chest…everything was blood red. the entire bathroom cleared out. it took an hour to get the bleeding to stop. when i finally walked outside there was a state trooper waiting for me. someone had called 911 because they thought i had been shot or something…pretty damn funny.

thanks my dear:)
are you talk’n about the cambered skwatt’s target weight??
How much weight on the ab roll outs? That’s a joke from another thread.
I gotta ask, since you’re such a big bencher, about feet. As you know, I lift USAPL, which requires flat feet. But even so, I find it hard to believe that being up on the balls of your feet would be better for leg drive. Is it really so?
Also, I want ring-side seats for the fight. I have my money on you.

No, you mentioned you were down in body weight. Are you still cutting or did you reach your goal?

i got down to 250. that’s a twenty pound drop. i was hoping to cut to the 242’s for this comp. but something interesting happened. i upped my protein and cut carbs. i initially lost a bunch of weight but recently my weight leveled out and has started to climb a bit. i’ve noticed some mass gain from the higher levels of protein intake. i figure if i wanted to get to the 242’s i would have to cut water and i really don’t want to do that. so… i’ll be in the 259 class.
Forgot to post up my training from squat day. Not much same stuff as scott but I worked up to 510x1 ATG, no pause this time.
Can’t wait for friday!
tonight’s train’n-
we worked up to our openers. we have a meet this saturday.
time to rest up.
Meat, the rest of the 259 class will be wishing that you made the 242 class after you smoke their asses. I’m hoping for some video.
Best of luck to both of you at the meet!
