I completely disagree with the idea that OP presents. When I watch the Olympics I see Olympic records consistently being lower/slower/worse than world records. In weightlifting the reason is obvious… It’s easier to lift dirty in competitions that AREN’T the Olympics.
There was a report of the WADA busting some Olympic camp in China. They found a designer steroid there that was undetectable. Not sure if they’ve caught anyone with it, but it just goes to show that there’s juice out there that they haven’t caught yet.
There is always someone ahead of the curve. The IOC would have to start trying to make their own drugs and banning them instead of waiting for them to come out if they wanted to prevent doping.

Shit if i was a new guy and didnt know any better and just ran across them over there I would think they were 100x better than any juice, would blow you up, and i wouldnt have to eat anything ever just take my LBAs and WHAM! Oh and thatll be 400 bucks please lol

i was like, my god… all those people cant be wrong, but the more i read about them, the less i believed, and more importantly the longer i went without jumping on the bandwagon the more i reasoned and rationalized.
Plus people were using a bottle every day or every other… so using 1, 2, 4 or more bottles a week. If anyone is dieting (keto) and started using BCAA’s at those dosages in the key times of the day, peri-workout, between meals etc… they would notice much better results in their muscle kept IMO. And some will gain depending on many other factors.
An extra load of EAA/BCAA in low calorie format and highly bioavailable (apparently) when dieting…? Shocker.
like someone said though, a great marketing machine.
