I managed to pull off 495 on a deadlift a couple of days ago which is the most i’ve ever done. After I locked out and let the weight crash to the floor I felt like the freaking king.
You know feeling like that was awesome for a little while but then I logged onto T-Nation and remembered that I’m pretty much still a beginner and that I have so much farther to go.
I just wanted to say thanks to all authors and the people on T-Nation who bust their asses training because you’re giving me motivation making me set my sights higher to get faster, stronger, bigger, and go longer.
