About 6’1

Been training for about 4 years

Current weight : hovering around 265

starting weight was so long ago I’m not even sure, maybe around 185? 190?

Bf - No clue, don’t worry about this that much unless I decide I am going to compete, but I still maintain my six pack at 265 and thats good with me

I was a skinny kid. Monsters are built. They don’t magically appear out of the uterus.[/quote]

lol. This quote should be put as the strong words on this site one day. “Monsters… They don’t magically appear out of the uterus.”

I want a t-shirt that says that.

I’ve been lifting for maybe 2 years properly, 3 total.

I started off at 6’3’’ 195ish when I was 18.

I now stand at 6’4’’ 260ish at 21.

I was soft then at 195lbs and I’m still kinda soft now, however now I have more of that strong but kinda soft look. Much better than being skinny fat, I can tell you that.

about a year intelligently:

started at 220 and over 30% fat, couldnt bench 100 lbs and had never squated / dead lifted.

Current:

205 (proly high teens on fat) bench still sucks (215 for 4), squat is 315 atg for 4, and deadlift is 365 x4 still have lots of work to do. Messing up my knee during lacrosse didnt help.

17 years (a lot of that is just ‘maintenance’ with a lot of cardio and calorie deficit).

Don’t remember starting weight, maybe 140? I was 194 when I joined here in Dec. and got serious.

Current: 206 and gaining.

320/330 bench

365+ squat (ATG)

435/440 DL

Based on topic’s measurement of training time, I’d say about a year.

Started low 150 @ 6ft, went up to about 230. Not the most lean ever but I gained a lot of muscle mass and strength so I was happy with it.

Went from repping low 100s on Dead to repping 400+, 95 repped bench to repping 2 plates, squat I have no idea what it’s at now, I’ve had pain in the ass knee/calf problems.

I have unfortunately started cutting now, not that I felt like it from a physique standpoint - I’ve developed horrible sleep apnea and the doctor said losing some weight could help with that, so that’s what I’m doing since horrible sleep has been seriously impacting my recovery and classes :frowning:

Started at chubby 140 pounds, really, really weak. Took 2 years of not training/eating very smart to be 150 pounds, but not chubby anymore. About 2 more years and 192 pounds at somewhere in the 12-15% range probably.
Bench 275 x 3, deadlift 405 x 5.

Edit: I’m 5’9 and 20 years old.

Been “working out” 10ish years. More seriously the last 4-5 years, and powerlifting the last year.

started in highschool at around 110 pounds.
max lifts: the bar in most cases, hah.

currently: 220
bench: 365 paused
squat: 435 (still lots of technique issues
DL: 525, 545 with a little hitch

Start: 5’8" 155 lbs 1996 bf~12-15%
(first started lifting for football in 94, but wasn’t serious in summers and stuff)

Current: 5’8" 218 lbs 2009 bf~ 13-15%
Just finished a 38lb bulk up from 180lbs @ 8% (hydrostatic).

Started at about 135lb, 4~ years of consistent training. Was about 10-12%bf.

Now sitting at 200~ and the 12-15%~ range.

Height is 5ft 8-9" btw.

Started training at age 14 5’10" 135lbs.

Now 21 6’ 220-225lbs

neck: 17.5
Chest:48.5
Arms: 17.25 18.25 pumped
thighs: 27.5-28 and who knows pumped…
calves: 16 (i know but they are growing lol)
forearms: 14-14.75 pumped
waist: 32

I have never been out of single digit bodyfat…Idk if I can…I’ve tried lol

some “impressive” prs for me.

Deadlift: 515x8 for 3rd set
Squat: 485 x 8 for 3rd set, have gone over 500lbs but only for 2-3 reps
Bench: 325 x 8 for 3rd set (f*cked up my left pec and its still not right, I’m afraid to bench or I imagine I could improve on this number quite a bit) (bench has never been a strong point for me)

seat alt dbell curl 75lbs x 8 each arm for 3rd set.

DG

18 at like 180 or so…

Thank Christ for that! I’m sure your mother does too.
