Just wanted to know what you all thought… I normally eat this way, but I started logging it, just to see where I stand. Thanks to Illuminate’s Nutrition Spread Sheet…
Anyway, here’s my totals for yesterday…
Protien: 315 G
Carbs: 117 G
Fat: 86 G
Total Cals: 2504
I’m right about 200 lbs. with about 17% body fat. I’m trying to lose some fat before I go on a bulking cycle in the begining of next year.
Everything listed above came from “clean eating” Veges, oatmeal, chicken, eggs, flax oil… Stuff like that. I didn’t think I needed to list everything I ate, but I will if you find it necassary…
