V-Diet Log (3/25-4/24)

I am starting the v-diet tomorrow morning. I will continue it for a period of 31 days. this is because that way it ends on my birthday. I am currently around 245 lbs. I am 6ft. I will also take some measurments and pictures and post them up later today.

My training will be 1 hour of light cardio first thing in the morning.

Training will be
Day 1: Back/Bi
Day 2: Chest/Tri
Day 3: Off
Day 4: Legs/Bi
Day 5: Shoulders/Traps/Tri
Day 6: Off
Repeat

One hour of cardio every day on the V-diet?!
Everyone has been saying no cardio on workout days because the lack of energy. I will be doing light cardio Tue and Thu when I have jujitsu class, but I cannot imagine how draining one hour of cardio would be on the 4 workout days per week!

Diet will consits of:
5 servings of Metabolic Drive.
2 Servings of Flax
2 Tbls or peanut butter (all natural)
7 pills of Flameout
4 HRX per day

On lifting days i will also take Surge

I will also continue with my use of creatine and ZMA, and BCAA’s before and after cardio, and before and during my workouts.

5 servings of Metabolic Drive is not enough. Did you mean 5 shakes? With 2 scoops a shake?

yes 10 scoops total.

I will also continue to take Superfood every day.

I will post my measurments, and begining weigh in tomorrow morning. I will also post some starting pics then too.

Reset my scale for my current age and my height was off by .5inches. my current weight and BF%

Diets going great. Yesterday was back/bi at the gym and i did 53min of nepa

Today is my first non training day, so i have to go without my Surge today.

Last two days have been fine. no problems.

Just completed 60 minutes of nepa outside. (been doing it on treadmill) it was nice cause im looking to buy a home, so it gave me a chance to really look at some different neighborhoods.

I’m assuming your aware but just incase, the BF% on the scales can be grossly inaccurate and varies greatly from day to day depending on your hydration levels so don’t take too much stock into them but congrats on the weight loss so far.

Yes i am aware, but i like taking measurments each day, and putting them, my lifting and cardio into a spreadsheet. I also keep a spreadsheet for my food intake also.

even though they are inacurate, i can still chart a trend on the BF.

Thanks, i think a lot of the intial weight loss has to do with emptying out my system, and water loss so far, now i think i will begin to burn off more fat.
