Since i do squats ever session should i do front squats one session and back the next or should i have a two week cycle of doing one set of type and then the next or what? And the 4 excercises per session will lead to strength gains. I already uped my bench to 160 from 145 in around two weeks and deadlift 200 from 145 aswell in around a month, so will my gains increase with this program?

He doesn’t say to do front squats, so I would stick with back squats. I think someone posted a more advanced version of SS in the Starting Strength thread that calls for Front Squats, but your only supposed to do that after you do the original SS for a while. Stick with what Rippitoe says, and see if it works for you. Thats the only way to tell if a program will work for you.
