Hi Thib, I can work out Mon through Friday but not on weekends, can I switch the Sat full body workout to Thursday and do the last Shoulder routine on Friday? Or just go through it like it shows and 2 shoulder routines in a row?

If you can manage to get 8-9 hours a sleep per night, I don’t see a problem running through the workouts five days straight. Obviously make sure you are also getting consistent and ample enough sleep on the weekends. And realize that they (Tim and Christian) layed everything out with the rest days included for a reason. Good luck, and I’m sure you’ll like your results if you are taking the full protocol.
