Your New Program

Hey ct, i would like to try your program, but i wanna know if i can do it only 4 times a week ? I only can train 4 times a week because of my hockey game. If i wanna hit the 5x a week i always do some bicep and tricep work before my friday game.

but before friday can i do your program 4x a week or its not a good idea ?

what would u suggest me ?

It will work. I prefer 5-6 days a week, but at 4 it will work. I wouldn’t do it less frequently than that.

If you follow the peri-workout supplement protocol and eat for growth, yes.
