Starting this week I plan on doing the fat fast diet, described at these links here at t-mag.
Now I have a few questions. The author used Androsol and MD6 both of which have been taken off the market. I know i need to use something for muscle retention. I want to avoid M1t because of the complication in using it (finding the right stack, etc) as well as the side effects. What do you all suggest I use?
My daily food intake will consist of five tablespoons of cold-pressed, organically derived flaxseed oil (650 cals) and the other 650 cals will come from protien shakes and chicken breast
I will take Peri-Colace every second day in addition to daily servings of Metamucil and eight full 16 ounce glasses of water per day. Once or twice per week 100% of all caloric intake come from protein.
I plan on using Now! Flax seed oil. I will use Sans Tight and Nicotin losigns (sp) for appitite control.
and I will be buying a bunch of skinless chicken breast as well as Tyson brand canned chicken.
I will be doing this for four weeks along with my normal lifting routine (5x a week) and running 4x a week. If all goes well i should drop about 10lbs which will bring my to my ideal bodyweight and body fat percentage.
So what do you all think about this? Can anyone help me with my remaining supliment issues? Manily the issue of muscle retention. I need to order everything tonight next day air so i cna start this monday or tuesday.
I will be documenting this as well as I can, including a daily journal and pictures taken every week with my weight. Here are my baseline pictures at 178lbs.
