figured I would give this a bump to bring it up. I havent lifted in a few days and might have to drop out of this meet i was tryin to peak for. The other day when i had my shirt off after lifting i was lookin completely dry and swole lol. But looking at my abs there was like a lump in between the muscles. It didnt affect my WO at all, but like it irritates and hurts when i push on it. Ever since I refrained from any really heavy sets until after I get a proffesional opinion on the matter. Maybe I wore the belt to tight and popped something out of place? not sure, any kind of input would be awesome.
holy fuck that’s sucks ass man , hope you recover fast. I had a bad news, they closed the gym! They needed more room to new ppl coming up. It fucking sucks. I went to the only other gym ( i have to walk 5 miles in the fucking snow ) and found that they have no power rack…no bench…only machine. So i have to change my training…haha . It will be one deadlift day , one week heavy other week reps. one back and arms day, one machine legz day. IT fucking sucks

OOHHH MANNN…so now what??? how in the world you going to finagle that shit ass dilemma? trust me id rather have this goofy looking lump than be in your situation, no offense. You might be OK at best on your bench provided they got some decently heavy DBs/ places for dips? Maybe through some barbell hacks in for legs? wow man, i think i would get emotional if i was in your position
Actually i am right now, but i will push the truck around to keep my p chain strong. no heavy dumbbell, 80 pounds max. i will try to maintain my strengh gain from the last month . It sucks cause i was getting stronger and now my training will be retarded again. Anyway when i’ll be back south i’ll hit it ten times harder.
Maybe i will switch to bodybuilding for the next months . i really don’t know what to do.

I’m 16, 195lb bw and I pull 485-495 raw. Probably I’d loose, but it’s a good thing, to have some goals…
ringuetter is not a very good deadlifter but something around 500 to 525 raw, same age and weight as you . he’s a good squatter and bencher, 500 plus squat done in IPF is good, 400+ bench too.
ahh bodybuilding, my heart shrank. Move down here and use the piece of shit home gym i pieced together: got a power rack, 3 benches:incline, flat, decline, mad machines for shoulders and rows, about 600lbs in BB weights and Plenty of DB’s. the only thing is they jump from 80 to 100, nothing in between. My good friends dad was a state trooper and used to be a total fucking juice monkey. So now he dont really lift and gave me ALL the shit in return for him to use it whenever. Ill take pics either today or tomorrow and throw them up. Shit just move into the gym got plenty of water cases stacked on the door.
oh btw, jonaton your numbers dead are actually really good around where I live. Its not crazy national record weight but I mean its something to turn heads. Where you looking to compete? 100%RAW? WNPF? USAPL? personally if your deading that much raw your prob like me and said to hell with gear all together and just lift raw. If thats the case look into RAW and WNPF. USAPL doesnt really cater to a raw crowd until recently.
Your training situation bites. Ask if they’ll move the power rack into your room…hey they need to store it somewhere!
Big news , i was talking with the staff about the bench and the power rack and then she told me, we have a bench still in the box on the backstore…but nobody wants to build it ,i was what the fuck, i will build it!!!
So now i have a bench, the shittiest bench i’ve ever use but it’s better than nothing. so after walking the 5.3 miles, building the bench i finally trained. 2x315x3 all reps were paused 2 seconds. i did some speed benches too, and A LOT OF MACHINES HAHAHA:) i got the wickest pump in my life. Holy fuck

That is great news. The bad news will come on squat day…when you have to walk home! I wouldn’t recommend going for a pump that day. haha
On the brighter side, any GPP and/or weight class issues just went out the window with all this extra walking. ![]()
Figured how you’ll keep your strength gains on reduced equipment ? Having a bench is a good start. Did I understand there was a dl/oly platform ? Anyway, hammer those legs hard to minimize loss on the squat and dead.
Hhahaha and i was walking a shit load just with the job. It will raise my gpp i guess, it will lower my lifts in the begenning but it’s good in the long run. Especially that my gym bag is close to 50 pounds. i will be in good shape haha. I will take this opportunity to raise my gpp and to add some muscle mass to my frame before dieteting.
