I’M not going to train today i’M really sore all over. especially in the harmstring area.That’s some serious deadlift without a belt bro, nice job. One time a did if i remember well , 515x3 raw standing on 4 inches block. Defecit deadlift are crazy. by the way doing those box squat made me very strong, at the end i could do paralel box squat with close to 650(OLD suit bottoms and belt).
What i did was 4 weeks cycle with bands, and 4 weeks cycle with bands and chains, like one or two sets of chains with the same amount of band tension and same bar weight , you just add the chains and do your shit like there was any chains .Prior to this i could barely squat 550 on box squat. I don’T wear my wraps alot, they are a pain in the ass. I know my wraps gave mo carryover than my suit.

My question is with 4 inch blocks you were literally pulling off your toes, I assume a lack of flexibilty will prove very shitty after a few reps. No cardio , but i will defenatly incorporate some in the future. I need more endurance to go trough the meet. actually i do some . I was supposed to kick in with shelby starnes diet but i’M going on course in less than a month so i pushed the diet in the mid summer.
Military course, wich means a shit load of cardio, not much sleep and no time.I will be lucky to grab 3 workout a week . Inspection ,drill, PT, exercise, course etc etc

Sometimes when your tired as shit comes the PR. I wills end a link to the video. I tried those Db with bands, holy shit they killed me few sets with 75 and the band and my chest and tri’s were shot.I have filmed a set to show you the setup. My cameras stopped in the middle don’t know why

Great bench session man . i feel you for the 5th reps and the tenth haha i always shoot for sets and cut short on one rep . this sucks, you got a great strengh endurance , i can’t do 9 reps with 245, but i can nail 275 for 5 . i have no endurance.
Yeah speaking of my volume ive been thrashing at that high rates for over a month now, and im still 6 weeks out from this comp. Ill prob deload/ take off next week then romp it 4 heavy ass weeks going into this comp. Today was squat, it was pretty good. I should start videoing these sessions.
