Before my sprain I but up 200x10 on Mpresses.I lower my head in shame :frowning: So I guess ive been sandbagging just a little.[/quote]

Damn Rug…this is way over my skies…I max at 175, but I will throw my hat in and follow along…afterall you’ll need someone to protect the rear flank…

Who pulled on your chain?

bulldog he probably looked in the mirror. after all he is a mutt and your a purebred! lol

I didn’t do MP’s today 'cuz I took yesterday off and ended up putting chest and delts together today. After heavy sets of benching and incline benching I was pretty much ready to go, but I pushed myself to stay and ended up doing some db flyes superset with rear delt flyes, 40 lb lateral raises, upright rows and shrugs. Will be returning to MP’s next week!

Bulldog,I thought he came down on you a little hard.Even if you can only get 1/2 of what you used to that would still be a great MP.

^^ I over look the Mutt I know hes dealing with strange feelings he has for me.For the record I looked on my log and I put up 215x6 with one left in the tank on June 6 .So I might have done 200x10 before my shoulder got injured in april.I got a feeling im not far off from that.

As usual I miss the boat… but I’ll go all-in for #300 (135 or 137,5 kg) It’ll will more than likely take me forever to get there but that’s ok  It’s the trip that’s the fun part.

7/29

MP 190x11

Hey! I’ll be back home Saturday…and lifting on Sunday. Anyone hit 300# yet??

Not “I"said the fly. Not” me" said the Bee

hell my goals only 225 and Ill be lucky if I hit 200 by years end

Wow! Already on page 2. This is moving slow. I figured it might

MP PR - +2 Reps

Need to watch the right knee, as it is bending. I think it is a balance thing. Maybe dropping my right foot back a few inches would compensate!?

Also, I had no endurance this workout. Every set (@ 165#, 195#, 215# and 235#), I seemed to run out of gas on rep 3. I figure I am good for a couple more reps at 235#, once I get back in my groove. We’ll see.

Lookin good, Skip. I’m looking at maxing out after my next 531 cycle, which begins Friday.

Guess we’ve gone ahead and declared Meat a pro and ineligible since his starting weight for 5/3/1 in the strict MP is 300. That’s impressive.

Meat is not a pro, he’s a cyborg. But the bigger news is that he has starting weights for 5/3/1 at all. Wow.

Meat is a pro cyborg gorilla.

Yeah…Meat was invited because his 1st post would have been, “I Win!”. He would be starting at the finish line

I have no idea when I will try a new max. I guess I will just wait until I feel in the groove, see that the stars are aligned, give the “juice” time to kick in and gain enough weight that my wrist measurements place me firmly in the “large frame” category…lest my poor little wrists snap.

^^^ are we back to the small " frame" thing again?
