Lol…thanks Tony. And you are right. Since it was a “competition”, though, there had to be an official word. Even if the competition was really only with ourselves.

It’s funny because you just threw that weight up in the air, I would imagine you had another 10-15 lbs in you (easy), so yes it counts, you should have tripled it and then asked.

I don’t know about that. Trust me, it looked a lot easier than it felt. And, it was a very good rep. I had a pretty smooth transition from the explosion at the bottom to pressing it out. I THINK 305# would have gone. But I dare not say more than that.
