Standards for a 200lb Man?

Oh, I got so into my little temper tantrum, that I forgot to add the original thing I was going to write. NichP, you asked about other exercises and weights, and I’d agree with an earlier poster who recommended compound lifts at some multiple of your body weight (e.g., squat with 2x body weight). I’d add deadlifts at 2 to 2.5 times BW, weighted dips and chins with at least half of your body weight, and strict bent rows with at least your body weight. These are, of course, for singles or doubles.
