Charles will be giving a 1 day seminar in Ames,Iowa on March 10,2007 . This event is being hosted by the ISU Weight Club and will be held on campus at the Lied Recreational Center. This event will take place between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and check in starts at 9:00am.

Alot of information will be packed into this 6 hour day- along with some pretty cool giveaways and box lunch will be provided. -Jules
