I’m a 43 year old male and I have been lifting since July 2011. I have talked with a few guys at the gym that are my age. They both are using Dpol and Erase along with protien and creatine they both belive it is helping them put on more muscle and blocking estrogen. My question to the seasoned lifters is do the stacks really work? Personaly I think it boils down to eating alot of clean food and lifting heavy weights.

I know this stack works, not sure what you put up is.

It is supplements these guy use and they claim it boost Testosterone levels and blocks estrogen.
You’ve been lifting for a year and want to start taking drugs already? Have you had your test level measured yet? Are you maybe trying to solve a problem that you don’t have?

No sir im not wanting to use drug. No where in my orginal post did say anything about wanting to use drugs. I was just using that as an example. My question is do any supplemts that are sold either by T Nation or any other supplement deal really work?
I thought you were talking about dbol. My apologies.
The best supps are food regardless of what ad agency says. I use creatine, protein powder (for convenience), fish oil, and bcaa’s (during my training session). That’s all that I need. It’s always worth trying something and seeing if it works for you. Some supplements might work and some might not.

I use the supps atypical mentioned, although I can’t swear they improve performance. I also use pancakes post-workout with a pile of syrup.
These supplements are not cheat. People spend a lot of money for something that seems to be nothing more than a placebo. Thank you all for your response.
Expectation Bias/Placebo is a proven effect and you can’t discount its power. That’s why I qualified my answer the way I did. I think creatine is one of the few supps proven to work as advertised in double-blind tests.
This comes down to goals ALWAYS.
What do you want?
Big three lifts for PL comp?
Body Building?
Fitness?
You feed the machine by what your goals and desires are.
