I’m a big fan of Ian King and am currently completing the “Get Buffed” program. Coach King mentions doing non-fatiguing stability drills prior to lifting but he’s real vague as to what they consist of. Doing some detective work I found mention of stability drills in the hard copy of T-mag #3 in an article titled “A Question of Intensity”, by King. The article mentions external DB rotations and half-range rows 10-15 reps, 1 set, 313 tempo. Does anybody know other stability drills recommended by King (specifically for the knees)?
