As I approach 40, I am finding that doing squats and deadlifts give me hemorrhoids. Has anyone else experienced this? I know that my diet is not the culprit since I eat lots of fiber.

i find that you have to start with lighter weights and work up, even tho the lighter weights dont give you much workout, you are strengthening “those” anal muscles to keep things in…
