Squats And Milk Rock!

We have all heard the guy that yells squats and milk! for every other post about not being able to gain muscle or get any stronger. yes? but does anyone accually take it on a serious note? many beginers (me) take this comment as a joke. To think that oh squats are not what makes a body big. Ive personaly seen what squats and milk can do for you.

My friend used to bench more than me for a long time. It kind of got under my skin that he always had the better bench and i never progressed. So instead of benching and curling all day, i added squats.

Every once in a while, i would try a max bench attempt, and one day, something happend. Even though i stoped bench pressing, i got better. I finally caught up to him at 205. He got it up once and i hucked it up twice. Moral of the story is; Only losers dont squat.

Squats ‘n’ Milk is my favourite supplement EVER ! Wether or not you do front, back, hacks, split squats or some other variation on squats, they work damnit !

deadlifts and milk are better but they don’t rhyme

lol you have to understand, before i came to this site. All i ever did was curl and take a mega man pill haha. I thought thats what would get me big heh yes i know. This site litteraly taught me that if i eat big, and lift big, i get big. Its ammazing; i thought i was an exeption, like everyone else i thought i was a “hard gainer”, i look back now and think what a cop out.
