first post on this sight. but not new to powerlifting. so sorry if this is kinda long.
main point here, it seems that when im going through my squat training, my hips are really tight. they usually don’t loosen up until im through 3 warm up sets and one of my working sets. anyway to remedy this? I go through active stretches before hand if that gives you something to look at.
