I was hoping to get advice from some of you more experienced lifters out there. While doing deep squats I have noticed a lot pain in my hip flexors. I have never had this problem before, I am wondering if I have inadvertently changed my form or if I am doing something else wrong. I know it is hard to say with out watching the lift just curious if anyone has any ideas or has had the same problem. Thanks for any advice
