If you bow, then he might bestow some of his great wisdom on you. What’s a little quad pain compared to a chance at learning from one of the elite lifters?

I do not have pain necessarily, but I do have a bad hip joint due to, basically, having most of my hip ball eaten away by staphylococcus as an infant…dirty vitamin K shot apparently…who knows…
Anyway, I still can squat fairly heavy for how long I have been training…whereas my deadlift is very impacted by it…I feel I do most of the work with my other leg, which by now seems to be be enormously strong from carrying me most of my life… the other leg has been more of a crutch, though still very well developed and muscular…anyway, I suppose this reply has nothing to do with your pain…except…when I first started working more lower body, i did experience some pain, but it has since diminished a lot…if not pretty much gone…the only lift that will make me SUFFER, is the deadlift, but it’s not too bad…and I have good insurance. It’s about time to get that bum hip replaced…
