Squat Frequency

CAT Squats 60-70% Range and Heavier Squats in the 70-85% range once a week is plenty. I even drop the heavier work every now and again.

I’m currently squatting 3x per week (although two of those times are some sort of variant like SSB squats or pause squats). So far it appears to be working well for me, but it’s only been about 3 months so I’m going to give it more time before decide for sure one way or the other.

squat as often as you can…imo…if your legs and back are not being stressed by your job etc then squat alot…
