Squat Form Check

Havent done one of these in some time.
My forms improved a ton, but would like to know if theres still some pointers or things i could improve.

Looks fine to me. Your hips rise a bit too fast on the last couple reps but obviously you are getting fatigued so itā€™s understandable. Other than trying to avoid that, I would just keep doing what you are doing.

What chris said and also lock in and maintain head/upper back/ shoulder / arm / elbow position instead of doing that weird shoulder dislocating shrug looking bullshit.
