Whats up guys, I injured myself a few months ago due to bad form so im slowly working up in weight again. This isnt near my max but I want to know if this is the form I should be shooting for!
Looks good. Im not a low bar squatter but only thing i can add is pushing your hips forward more out of the hole. I could be wrong about this so dont take my word someone else will chime in im sure.
