Squat Check

After submitting a form check video of my high bar squat and getting some great feedback I feel I’ve made some decent progress. I’ve lowered the weight, upped the volume and focused on staying on my heels and keeping my chest up. Things I noticed are it looks like I do some rocking on my feet, but it could just be the soles of shoes being old and warped, and my elbows have some crazy vibrating action. Any and all comments welcome.
