Iron Mind Super Squats Hip Belt or Spud Belt Squat Belt?
Anybody used them, care to comment? If you have used both which is the best?

ive never used the spud belt. but i have the iron mind belt and its good quality. spud seems to have a good reputation so probably can’t go wrong with either
