Has anyone here taken a look at this book yet. I was wondering if I should get it or not. It has a ton of T-mag contributers in it. Also is there anywhere to get it cheap. Thanx. INSTRUEMENT
It was reviewed in a “Stuff We Like” colum a while ago. As far as my 2-cents, it depends if you like “cutting edge” or “tried and true” supplements. What this book does is a run-down of supplements and all (or the majority) of studies done on each product. So will it have Biotest’s Mag-10 in it? No. But does it cover many other (less cutting edge) supplements and the research behind them? Yes. As a side note, you can always request it through interlibrary loan, so you can try before you buy. Best of luck.
