Following my Hypertrophy B workout(4x5 deadlifts, squats, then bulgarian split squats and step-ups)
After completing this workout, my quads are sore, forcing me to walk as if I’ve been in prison(wink wink) for 1-2 days afterwards.
What’s the cause? Lifting too much with squats or deadlifts?
This is just normal. That is a fairly extensive leg workout, not surprised it had you walking funny. After you have been doing this routine for a while, the post-workout soreness will diminish.

If you can afford it - try Surge for recovery. Otherwise eat more and sleep more.
you’ll get used to it too; you’ll figure out how to move around the soreness, it jsut comes with the territory
