I’m not sure I could hit 20 legitimate dead hang pull ups. And I’m 30 lbs lighter and appreciably stronger than the OP. That would be a pretty legit accomplishment if true.

I couldn’t. I reckon I’d be good for 12 and could maybe get 15 if it was a life or death situation. In my defence, I’ve not trained pull ups in years except low rep, weighted ones.

What is great about this place is that people don’t give you criticism just to make you feel fucked up. You can get a lot of great advice if you listen and ask the right questions.

Hold your bodyweight till after PCT, then slowly increase calories.
