STEREOTYPICAL “Big ass Italians” are fat from overeating TONS of simple carbs like pasta and wines, so being a big italian tis not as much a genetic thing as just generally bad habits…IF your goal is to be lean. I have ALOT of “big ass Italian” friends that like their lifestyle and wouldn’t change that for a 6 pack

I don’t know about how young is “too young” to start. Just be prepared to be pinning the rest of your life is you’re starting now

Your cycle is somewhat simple if you just stick to Test. I don’t think “fat burning steroids” likeClen or T3’s are simple tho.

Whatever you decide you’ll realize quickly that you need to put more effort in the gym and especially in the kitchen

What’s your family gonna think when you show up for dinner with Chicken and Rice and refuse to eat their hardy pasta dinners and sip on water instead of wine? Don’t think the steroids will make your life easier; it should make it harder. Once you start putting that shit into your body at high doses you can’t fuck around anymore blaming poir genetics

starting week 7 tomorrow, weighed in at 221, and 222 today on two different scales. not sure on the bf% cuz I didn’t get to measure but I’m assuming around 13.5%? Strength is still shoting up, went from 6 to 10 dips with a 45lb plate in two weeks and bench is up 10 lbs since week 4. And no, I’m not getting gyno, this is right after I took a cold ass shower haha

Got to be honest though, I’m not sure you really needed a steroid cycle for that, but I’m glad it’s working for you.

Maybe I am just being harsh but I see little to no improvement since you have started. I’m sorry but I just don’t. Also you are not 12% at 12 you would have some clear abdominal definition… You don’t.

The objective was cut bf and I did. 15 lbs in 12 weeks. even yogi said I was doin good leaning out and I dropped an extra 5-6 lbs after that

You pissed away 12 weeks of your life and wasted money and your first cycle on a goal you could have easily done with out drugs… No offense to you or yogi but your cycle is a failure. I doubt even yogi would deny this. You look even leas muscular than you did in the very first pic you posted and you don’t appear yo have even gained a pound of lean mass… I mean how is that even possible even on a calorie deficiency with 500mg of test

I dropped 10lbs in 4 weeks last month without taking drugs!

I’m with Reed on this. You need to seriously reevaluate your training and diet before you think about touching drugs again, if ever.

It looks like your strength didn’t go up much. You said in August your bench was up 10 lbs. Did it increase anymore in the last couple weeks, or did you actually only add 10-15 lbs to your bench press after 12 weeks of steroids?

At least you lost weight though. That’s something. Hopefully this has been a good learning experience.

Reed, My bench went up 15 lbs total, incline went up 25 lbs(I spent more focus on incline for this cycle) dips went from 12 bw to 12 with a 45 lb plate, chin ups from 6 to 20 dead hangs, and my 2 mile went down from 19 to 15 minutes. Plus I put on a pair of jeans last night I haven’t fit into since I played rugby haha. Yeah I didn’t get crazy results, but I dropped bf and gained a little stength and cardio I n the process so I’m not too down about all the negative feedback. I’m starting Arnold’s blueprint this week and am gonna put on some LBM

Look man call it what you want. You need to listen to us. We told you months ago you were going to get sub par results and low and behold you made less impressive gains than recruits do in Basic with out drugs, proper nutrition, or sleep…or a gym. You need to take a step back and go to the beginners section and learn how to eat and train before coming back to this section.
