Dude you came here for advice. EVERYONE is telling you what you need to hear. I can tell by your pic you don’t diet correctly, anyone can get down to 10% with a correct diet. It’s hard to accept soemtimes that what you’re doing is wrong, but it is. It took me a long time to accept that, and when I did, the gains have never been better. I feel like you are expecting a miracle with your first cycle, not gonna happen. Get your diet in check, hell since you appear to be new to correct dieting, try if it fits your macros, that would be a good starting point.

No one is going to get lean with drugs, including clen unless you’re eating right. You also need to make some serious changes to your training. If I were you, your first cycle is always the best, eat good whole foods and keep your cardio up, and try to get as big as possible. It’s easy to get fairly lean if you are truthful and disciplined, getting big is the struggle, takes a lot of work.

Do the 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge and eat only a roast chicken a day. Report your body fat numbers again at the end. If you are still 17% BF unchanged you need to see a dr., not do steroids.

I accepted the advice, I acknowledged that I am cleaning up my diet. What some people don’t understand, is that you don’t have to be a dick to give advice. It makes people a lot less likely to listen to you. If you come off combative, expect combative replies. mixongc and phatso both gave advice with out callin someone a bitch or pathetic.

Well whether or not you’re too sensitive to take the criticism, and the way it was worded, people here are actually telling you these things to help you.

At least we can all take comfort in the fact you cleaned up your diet. Anybody can get below 17% if they try. If you want to post up a food log or something we’ll be happy to critique it.

I still don’t believe you can squat 400lbs (that bench is suspicious too), but lots of people inflate their numbers on the internet so it’s par for the course really.

Prophet, I think it’s hilarious that you attacked basically one of a few guys on these forums that actually has the credentials to counter your ‘what have you done’ argument, particularly as it relates to serving his country. Reed isn’t lying, he’s got plenty of evidence here and elsewhere to back up what he says. Reed is unassailable on that account. He HAS accomplished much more than you, like it or not.

Well, he’s 230lbs, so the bench and squat aren’t crazy by any means. Also, depending on what you count as a PR in the gym, it’s pretty easy to count lifts that aren’t exactly done to IPF competition standards, especially on the bench and squat. I’m not so terribly doubtful of those numbers.

I think that’s sort of the point here. I don’t doubt that he’s had 280 in his hands and brought it down in the direction of his chest with a bro holding the bar with 2 fingers. And I don’t doubt that at some point he may have had something close to 400 on his back. Ya know?

I don’t see that squat happening. The bench maaaaaaaybe, and I could believe the deadlift, but I really don’t see the squat being real.

He’s pretty tall remember, and not all that lean so 230lbs, while heavy, I don’t think really guarantees anything.

All I’m saying Apokolyps is that I have a 12+" cock when I measure from my asshole. How ever when I measure from the base its only 11.5" (see what I did there). In other words I agree with Flip. Guy may have had 280 in his hands and brought to his set and then shot his ass clear off the bench and had his buddy help him out but that’s not the proper way to measure strength. Same as the squat just because he went from locked position to almost a half squat doesn’t make it legit.

Its like the fruit boy who posted here claiming that he didn’t need to do steroids to be stronger than all of us and he boasted a 225 for reps bench at 150lbs bodyweight. Once video was posted he had 2 45s per side on a hammer strength press. Had a guy come to me for help and said he had a 365 squat but couldn’t break passed it. He came out to my place and when when he found out I didn’t have a smith machine he had no idea how he was gonna squat 265 let alone 365
