Small Belly...

do you guys know how some people are able to get their belly,stomach,guts etc. stay small while bodybuilding?ı’m not talking about fat i’am talking about when you diet down your bodyfat decreases but your belly stays the same.also cause of a injury i willnot be able to workout for a month any advice will be approciated

Make a coherent post. It’s impossible to tell what you are trying to say or ask. But you seem misguided. One’s belly does not stay the same when losing bodyfat. It shrinks or disappears entirely.

It may be the last thing to go, but people do not have bellies at very low levels of bodyfat. What are you looking for. Advice on your diet for the time you can’t work out?

If my deciphering skills are up to par, I’d presume the guy is reffering to a “distended” belly.

Doing tummy-tucks and/or bridges effectively works the transversis abdominus muscle.

Minimizing gassy foods will also help: certain veggies and protein powders, to name a couple.

I think what he’s talking about could also be caused by central adiposity/heart attack fat.
