Sloh's 3 Year Offseason - 125 to 200lbs

Yeah buddy! Good stuff man, keep it up.

I’ve got 5 weeks left and really got to push it hard to get peeled. I’ve decided I’m going to do the Excalibur in 5 weeks and then do another NPC show in March. I have a feeling that I won’t be coming in at my absolute best for the Dec 4th show. March 13th will be definite. After that, I will be heading into offseason to work on my weakpoints and just pack on size EVERYWHERE. I will likely be working with Jason Theobald from nattynutrition this offseason and work with him into contest time again next year. At this point, shoulders and back need to come up big time.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Great Job!!

Looking good, I’m curious how much are you weighing now?

Thanks, guys! I’m hovering around 160 in those pictures. There is still work to be done not only in terms of getting leaner but also packing on more size which I am so excited to do.

This prep has been very enjoyable, and I haven’t really had to be a social outcast like some people think you have to be in order to do a contest diet. Skip has me eating 7 meals a day (a little on the high end IMO) and it was very doable. I flew around to medical school interviews bringing my george foreman grill along and grilling chicken in the hotel bathroom, went out with friends and just brought my food along, went to family functions/birthdays and brought my food along.

There were days where it was hard fitting double session cardio in. I had an interview at chicago that lasted from 8am to 2 pm and had a flight around 4 back to california. I ended up waking up at 5 am, doing an hr cardio at one of the gyms near the hotel who gave me a 1 week free trial, coming back home from the flight at around 10 pm due to delays at the airport and went to an la fitness to finish my 2nd session late at night.

Legs look good…but then, you’re Asian so all of you fuckers piss me off with that calf development.

/gross generalization and bullshittin’.

You look awesome.

With a thicker back after the offseason you’ll be very impressive.

Ah but you’re black, you fuckers just have high insertion points that lead to godly vertical leaping and super human speed :stuck_out_tongue:

/gross generalization and bullshittin’.

OP: Great work man.

thanks prof! i will admit that although i try to train them as hard and heavy as i can, genetics are on my side in the leg department in relation to size. strength…not so much…i’m sure many people on this site could crush me with the numbers they are putting up for squats.

You’re doing great… And you have exactly the right mindset imo… Rather than be inflexible and complain about “the sacrifice” and how it’s impossible to have a life as a bodybuilder, you just come up with solutions.

Keep it up, brother!

Hey great transformation, it was fun to read about how you train.

Like another user said, you have a great mind set. That’s great your applying to med schools, traveling, and can balance the BB lifestyle without much stress. I always hear people whining about preparing meals, I’ve got to say the foreman grill in the bathroom is hardcore. I’ll have to steal that from you at some point!

All the best, brother.

Good job OP. Besides your mentioned points of back and shoulders, I guess that I would expect to see more ab development at your current level, but I do find that to be largely genetic in some cases. Legs are looking beastly.

Ab shape is completely genetic. 100% genetic.

And in the new pictures there is a shadow over his stomach.

Just ‘discovered’ your thread - I’m a bit late as usual.

Great job, man! Looking forward to reading lots of you. Keep us informed about your progress. Very impressive so far!!

Cheers, Para
