Actually undereating is one of my problems. I need to remember that the feed is fuel for the next day. D’uh! But so far its working out for me. Been eating A LOT these last few days and I don’t feel all too bad to be honest, so that’s good…
Maschy - I can relate. I have the same undereating problem which is what got me in trouble with my DLs. If I ate enough the night before, I wouldn’t have ran out of steam…meh!

Hmm rum and coke. I remember one time I went to a gas station b/c I decided that I wanted some rum and coke last minute, but all they had was vanilla coke for some reason. But I took it, drank, and felt a bit odd after. Oh well.
I love vodka though, screwdrivers are the shit. Vodka and OJ are my fave things anyway, combining them makes it that much better. My fave mixture so far though is vodka and grape soda. I came up with it on my bday when I was drinking a tad too much, so my bf and friends wanted me to stop drinking so I emptied half of a can of grape soda, put in some vodka and no one knew ![]()

Hokey…I’m really back.
Between the Pinkberry and now, I’ve had a shit ton of finals, another vacation to Florida (Cape Canaveral, Cocoa Beach and Melbourne) and yet another quarter starting on Monday.
Oh, and my mom’s in town…
And I’ll be starting a another job next weekend…I walked away from my awesome, very stable job of 5 yrs yesterday for something that will fit my student schedule/lifestyle for now.
In light of all these events, total body is going to have to do, for now.
I managed to box squat 175, 3 weeks before finals, then I started doing alot of outdoor conditioning so I had to shelve that or lower my maxes all over again which is a big mindfuck in itself. I like being outdoors so that was that with the box squats. It’s starting to cool down (70s, low 80s) but it’s still nice out so the puppy and I are still hiking(she just turned a year in August, switching to adult food was a TOTAL nightmare…Cindy, tips pleeease!!)
Soo, that’s that for now.

Skye update…in a nutshell.
Working like crazy(new job) tomorrow is my first day off in three weeks, school starts on Monday (BOO!!),don’t have time to lift coz of the long shifts so I’m doing mobility and corrective work for now (Assess and Correct), tomorrow I test my maxes for the new year before I start another cycle of God-knows-what…I haven’t decided.
