Kimba - Hi! If you get a chance to go to the beach, don’t think twice. We’re planning another trip to Daytona Beach in about 6 weeks. Going to the beach should be a made requirement for all adults…like doing your taxes :slight_smile:

Glad you had a nice time at the beach! I am jealous! I go in 3 weeks! And you’re wine-tasting event reminds me a little bit of mine several weeks ago… I mean, hell, if they are pouring it, you gotta drink it right? And if you tip the person who is pouring the wine… they seem to have a heavier hand and “forget” how many wines you have tasted… ;D It can be a glorious thing!

T- glad you’re back. Muscle memory is a beautiful thing. Getting back in the gym isn’t as bad as I thought it would be. How do work 50hrs+ a week and stay sane? I’d have long since switched from wine to rum by now :<

160!! That was a great effort. Just goes to show, a crappy warmup doesn’t necessarily mean the training is gonna suck.

Cal, the ab work is something that’s been very sporadic recently. Trying to remedy that. I MAY be headed to Jamaica end of September. The extra motivation doesn’t hurt.
