Training today was interval sprints on the treadmill…sucky weather.

1 min ON/ 1 min OFF 8 rounds, 20 minutes total.

Agreed… you def have 180 right now!

Side note on ab rollouts - make sure you don’t feel ANY PRESSURE in your lower back when you do them… this is showing that your abs aren’t working hard enough and aren’t doing what they’re supposed to do with the exercise. So if you do feel any pressure, squeeze your abs harder and try to flatten your back more.

Ok so I did my rep work on Friday…blah, blah, blah.

Shoulder still funky…boo.

Got my body fat tested by the disapproving trainer. Down by 4.5% but my body weight went down by only a pound. He asked me if I started doing cardio…Nope, said I was thinking about it.

Nice trap bar deads. Wish my gym had one of those. Do you find you feel them more in your quads than regular deads?

tried doing the ab roller thingy after reading your workout last week. Kinda stared at it for a minute, tried it, and decided it was laughing at me so I switched to something else. It looks so inoffensive…

I’ve not yet tried the static hold BB lunges, but I can imagine the suckage.

One of my rehab exercises is doing side lunge holds and that really, really blows.

I thought they were very generous with 11 different wines including the port and sherry…then we went back and insisted on tasting the sparkling wine as well.
