Yeah, as someone posted earlier. I think we need an anorexia forum here on T-Nation.
I think this picture progression clearly shows the results of CR.

This fellow went from having muscle mass to bone only. He seems to think he will love longer this way.
That web site is sad. Why is it the people who seem to actually live the longest are the people who did the exact opposite of what that guy is recommending? My great aunt died at 114 years of age. She smoked. She didn’t restrict calories even though she wasn’t overweight. I think what helped her live so long is most describe her easy going. The guy weighs 120lbs now. When do we get to see all of these people weighing 100lbs but living to be over 100 years of age?
I would rather live a full life than an extremely long one. After everyone you know is dead, waiting for the inevitable must be a bitch.[/quote]
Apparently his wife is not happy with his lifestyle. She doesnt like him being skinny. Unsurprisingly his sex life isnt going too well due to low T levels. His mood is consistenly even, but his wife reckons it is creepy flat. She was sick of him dirtying the kitchen from constantly preparing massive salads, leaving little bits of his hydroponically grown alfalfa around. He solved the problem by putting a little kitchenette next to the hydroponic growroom in the basement. His life sucks…
I was walking down his path (slightly differently tho) at one stage with food prep etc. I read all the FFB articles and decided i would be stuck on ‘clean’ eating for the rest of my life. Now, I dropped a lot of weight doing that and gave myself a good start. But now I am eating… lots- and it isnt all clean either, surprisingly enough I havent blimped out like Kirsty Allie, I eat like everyone else… with a little more emphasis on protein. I have certainly put on fat, I dont give a shit tho… I get laid still, moreso in fact then when I’m spending all my time prepping food instead of chasing skirts.
To the OP… hopefully on your diet you learned a lot about food. This knowledge will stay with you. Stop counting your calories and vitamins now. Just stop. Eat until you are full. Eat again a few hours later. Eat whatever tastes good.
Look at the photo progression on that link. Look where his abs went. They disappeared. I doubt whether you are an FFB. Im starting to doubt whether FFBs exist. Ive gone from 231 to 178 at 5’10… I fit the profile of an FFB far more clearly than many people on this site. You can find my initial thread on it if you want. Now relax and eat and put on some muscle (and fat).
If you call yourself an FFB, then you will be one.
